What is Invisalign?

Invisalign is an invisible appliance that offers a completely new experience of aligning the teeth without metal brackets, without wires and without discomfort. It is an aesthetically and technologically refined system of clear, removable aligners that adapt to each tooth individually.

The invisible Invisalign appliance is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to improve their smile in a discreet, comfortable and effective way. Because it is removable, it allows easy tooth cleaning and eating without restrictions. Treatment proceeds gradually, with precisely planned tooth movement supported by modern digital technology. For general information about orthodontic treatment, see the NHS guide to orthodontics.

The first free examination at OrthoDental

If you are considering the invisible Invisalign appliance, the first step is a free examination at OrthoDental, where the entire treatment takes place from the initial diagnostics to the final result. The clinics operate at several locations across Slovenia (in Ljubljana, Celje, Maribor, Novo Mesto and Kozina), so you can choose the one nearest to you.

Free examination and consultation

At the examination you are welcomed by an experienced orthodontist or dentist specialised in treatment with the Invisalign appliance. Together you discuss your wishes, expectations and treatment options. The purpose of the first visit is to gather all the key information that makes it possible to prepare an individual treatment plan. The orthodontist also explains how the Invisalign appliance works, the course of therapy, the approximate duration and the expected results.

Free 3D scanning and a 3D simulation of your smile after treatment

After the consultation comes digital 3D scanning of the teeth with the precise iTero intraoral scanner. This procedure is painless, fast and without the classic taking of impressions. Based on the scans, the system creates a three-dimensional model of your teeth, which enables precise treatment planning.

The biggest advantage of digital scanning is that already at the first visit the orthodontist shows you a 3D simulation of your future smile. This makes it easier to imagine how your teeth will look after completed therapy. You can see the final result of treatment in advance, which gives patients extra confidence and motivation.

An exact quote and payment in instalments

After the examination and scanning you receive a precise treatment plan and an individual quote adapted to your case. The price depends on the complexity and the number of aligners needed.

The standard Invisalign package costs approximately 5,000 € and covers complete alignment of both dental arches. For more demanding cases, where more extensive orthodontic treatment is needed, 1,000–2,000 € is added to the price.

For smaller corrections or slightly shifted teeth after previous treatment, the Invisalign Small package is available at a price of 2,500 €, which includes 13 aligners. All therapies include both dental arches and the entire course of treatment up to the final result.

Payment in instalments is also possible, which allows gradual financing of a new smile without major burdens.

The Invisalign appliance for everyone

The invisible Invisalign appliance combines discretion, comfort and precision. Its operation differs from classic braces. The transparent material allows almost invisible treatment, so the appliance does not disturb your appearance and confidence in everyday interactions the way classic braces do. Because it is removable, oral hygiene can be maintained better and more easily, and tooth alignment proceeds quickly and without pain.

It is suitable for children, teenagers and adults and fully adapted to the individual – each treatment plan is designed according to the unique shape of the teeth and the target smile. The invisible Invisalign appliance is therefore a comprehensive solution for anyone who wants a perfect smile with the help of an invisible appliance.
